So, I've finally had some time to clear my desk of all the clutter that has built up this spring and found this gem amidst the rubble. My life is slowly getting back in order, but it was fun with a little chaos actually!

This picture was taken on what I believe was our first and only canceled show. After 40 minutes or so of waiting to start the show, we had to cancel because the sound was not working at all. And so, there we were, lil' Tarzan and me, all dressed up and nowhere to fly :) This was snapped in the house before we went out to announce the final sad news of canceling the show.

It's funny that we play the same character in the show, but we rarely get to see each other on or off stage. Back stage, the young Tarzans are always with the "wrangler" (at least that's what we called the child supervisor in America). On stage, when one of us enters, the other exits. I see him for a brief moment when I fly in for "So Ein Mann". And then, for one magical moment, we get to connect when he descends on the trunk. It's one of my favorite moments.

    The eyes of you both are beaming so intensively and look kind of similar.

    I think the little Tarzan is Joshua Sommer, or am I mistaken?
    I was allowed to experience the combination Kevin-Joshua once, too.
    But it was on a day, if the show smoothly proceeded! :D
    Oh, it is really nice to see a picture of you as Tarzan now. We have wished it so much.

    Tidy still a little more up. Who knows what we get then to see? ;)

    I actually was in that cancelled show. It was a very sad moment, but of course nobody's fault :( But it was nice to see you all in the front house, singing you'll be in my heart.

    I think I have heard about the cancelled show... annoyed for the audience, travelling so far to see the show, spend lots of money for hotel etc... but at the end, as Marietta has already said, nobody´s fault.

    You know Julia, you probably know who the young Tarzan is better than I :)... It probably is Joshua.

    That definitely is Ingolf in the background...or an extra head on young Tarzan's shoulder!

    Yes, it was the first time I have ever been ready to do a show and then it was cancelled....history!

    thank you for this wonderful blog. It's great to read every day a new entry from you. The picture is nice, so I can see how you looked like Tarzan.
